1. Who we are

Product Price Calculator (the "Service") is owned and operated by Shape Your Brand LLC, a Florida limited liability company located in the United States ("we", "us", "our"). 2. Scope

This policy applies to the website at this domain, the calculators we provide, optional user accounts, and the saved calculations feature. It does not apply to third-party sites you may reach from links on the Service.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

• Account information: email address and, optionally, a display name when you create an account.
• Saved calculations: the inputs and notes you choose to save, and the names you give them.
• Communications: the contents of any email you send to us.

3.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data: IP address, user agent, browser, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YTJ23JMFGR, provided by Google LLC) and SnapSello Insights to understand aggregate product usage. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers.
• Authentication: session tokens stored in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in.

3.3 Information from third parties

If you sign in with a third-party identity provider (for example Google), we receive your email address and basic profile information from that provider in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Create and secure your account and store your saved calculations.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Understand product usage and improve our calculators and content.
• Respond to your support requests and legal obligations.

5. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide accounts and saved calculations you request.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for non-essential cookies and analytics where consent is required.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to comply with applicable law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use three categories of cookies and storage:

• Strictly necessary: authentication tokens and session storage required for the Service to function.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and SnapSello cookies/identifiers used to measure usage.
• Advertising: cookies and identifiers set by Google AdSense and its partners to serve and measure ads (see section 6.1).

You can control cookies through your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — which we honor where required by law. Where applicable law requires prior consent for analytics or personalized advertising, those scripts will load only after consent.

6.1 Advertising (Google AdSense)

We display ads served by Google AdSense (Google LLC). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in Google Ads Settings and at www.aboutads.info/choices. Visitors from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown; where consent is not given, non-personalized ads are served where supported. 7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising partners (Google AdSense) may process identifiers as described in the Advertising section above, and you can opt out of personalized advertising at any time. We share limited information with the following categories of service providers and partners:

• Hosting, database, and authentication: Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) — stores your account and saved calculations.
• Analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) and SnapSello.
• Advertising: Google LLC (Google AdSense) — serves ads on the site and may use cookies and device identifiers as described in section 6.1.
• Content delivery and infrastructure: our hosting and CDN providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), in which case you will be notified in advance where required.

8. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country that has not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

9. Data retention

• Account data and saved calculations: retained while your account is active. You can delete individual calculations at any time, or delete your account by emailing privacy@shapeyourbrand.com.
• Analytics data: retained per the provider's defaults (Google Analytics: up to 14 months unless we change settings).
• Communications: retained as long as needed to handle the request and to comply with legal obligations.

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, row-level security on your saved calculations so only you can read or modify them, and credentials managed by our authentication provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

11.1 EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11.2 California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and port their personal information; the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither); the right to limit use of sensitive personal information; the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights; and the right to designate an authorized agent.

11.3 Florida (FDBR) and other US state privacy laws

Florida, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other US-state residents may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain types of profiling. We do not sell personal information for money. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Google Ads Settings or a Global Privacy Control signal.

11.4 How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@shapeyourbrand.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your request using the email associated with your account and respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 30 days under GDPR; 45 days under CCPA, extendable by another 45 days when reasonably necessary). You may appeal a refusal by replying to our response email.

12. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA / UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not respond to DNT browser signals because there is no industry consensus, but we do treat valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" where applicable.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest version. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email to account holders or a banner on the Service).
