How to request a refund

Our orders are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used, or reply to your receipt email, or reach us through our contact page and we'll sort it out.

When you'll get your money

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up. Refunds are also covered by Paddle's refund policy.

What you buy and how you get it

Our products are digital downloads created by Shape Your Brand LLC (Florida, USA). The first edition is in English. Right after payment your files appear on the thank-you page and you get a receipt email with download links. Create a free account with the same email to keep them in "My downloads", or use Find my downloads anytime. Nothing is shipped physically.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in USD. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, adds or includes sales tax/VAT based on your location and issues your invoice. The launch price is valid until December 31, 2026; we don't refund the difference after a price change.

Problems with a file

If a file won't open or a link has expired, contact us and we'll send a fresh link or a replacement right away, at no cost.

Chargebacks and misuse

Please ask us for a refund before disputing a charge with your bank — it's faster. Fraudulent chargebacks or sharing purchased files may lead to loss of access, as described in our Terms of Use. How we handle your purchase data is in our Privacy Policy.
